Attach and Detach Tables

A c-treeDB.NET object can be attached and detached to an already open data file. Applications may need to open a table using c-treeACE ISAM and c-treeLowLevel functions and then attach the table to c-treeDB.NET to take advantage of full c-treeDB.NET functionality.
