CPU Affinity Check for IBM AIX Operating Systemsc-treeACE now performs a CPU affinity check for IBM AIX operating systems. While c-treeACE can now detect the number of CPUs in an AIX system, the server configuration option, CPU_AFFINITY, used to set the CPU affinity for the c-treeACE process, has not been implemented for this operating system at this time. Should you need to configure c-treeACE to a particular AIX CPU resource, please consult your local system administrator for options on restricting processes to specific CPU resources. |
