Informing Users of their Security Options

Users can change the password for their own User ID and they can change security controls for a file if they are the owner of the file. To optimize the use of the c-treeACE Server, you may wish to be sure users are aware of these powers, and how to use them. See "User’s Control of Security Options" for details.
