Problems stopping the c-treeACE ServiceIf you are unable to stop the c-treeACE service, check the event log for an error message. Also check for error messages in the c-treeACE status log file (CTSTATUS.FCS, typically located in the directory in which c-treeACE executable resides). FairCom’s ctadmn utility (provided with the c-treeACE Server) can also be used to stop the c-treeACE service. |
